Eligibility for Return or Replacement
- You can return or replace most new, unopened items sold by West of best enterprises within 7 days of delivery.
- Some products may have different policies or restrictions due to the nature of the product. These exceptions will be clearly noted on the product page.
- Items must be returned in unused and original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

How to Return or Replace an Item
To return or replace an item, please follow these steps:
- Contact us by email at [email protected] to request a return or replacement. We will provide you with a return authorization number (RAN) and instructions on how to return the item.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging, if possible.
- Ship the item back to us at the address provided on the return instructions.
- Include a copy of your packing slip or receipt with the return.
- Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and process your refund or replacement within 3-4 business days.
Refunds
- We will refund the full purchase price of the item, including any applicable sales tax, to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Shipping costs will not be refunded unless the return is due to our error.
Replacements
- If you request a replacement, we will ship a replacement item to you as soon as possible.
- You will not be charged for shipping on replacement items.
